Before & After...Paisley Blue Skirt

Beautiful Blue Paisley

This months Before & After was this beautiful long skirt. I loved the pattern and the fabric was so light weight:

I decided to make this into a full apron, yes, my very first full apron by Moi for Moi! I cut both sides of the skirt along the stitching and used the front of the skirt as the apron. Next I cut the bias off of the second half of the skirt:

Future halter strap...

I used that as the halter strap. Also, I used that same half to cut tie-ends and pockets. I pressed, pinned, and sewn everything together and TA DA:

My Paisley Blue Smock!
